Veronica J.B. Morgan, P.E., CFM Ms. Morgan obtained her B.S. in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University in August of 1985, along with her Masters degree in Civil Engineering/Water Resources in August of 1993. Prior to forming Mitchell & Morgan, LLP, Ms. Morgan was employed eleven years with the City of College Station-Development Services Department, and prior to that, two years in a private practice. In her tenure with the City of College Station she held the position of Floodplain Administrator, managed the subdivision ordinance, site development ordinance, impact fee ordinance, and managed capital improvement projects. She is familiar with FEMA regulations, processes and reviews for land development and floodplain development. Her experience and familiarity with the Cities of College Station and Bryan brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the firm.

Joel Mitchell, P.E. Following obtaining a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University in 1984 and a Masters in August of 1994, Mr. Mitchell worked for more than twenty years in the civil engineering field, much of which was in the Bryan/College Station area. He has been the engineer of record on more than 200 development projects in the Bryan/College Station area, during this time. He is well versed in utility planning modeling and construction, hydraulic and hydrology modeling and drainage design/construction, as well as transportation and site design/construction. His reputation throughout the development community is outstanding.
