As the sub-consultant, Mitchell & Morgan, LLP was responsible for the site planning, drainage, water distribution, and sanitary sewer analysis for the proposed College Hills Elementary School in College Station, Texas. The new school replaced an existing elementary school on the same property. The site was designed such that the new school could be constructed adjacent to the existing school building without any interruption of school functions.
