This project consisted of a multi-phase condominium development on 12.96 acres located west of the Dartmouth Drive and Holleman Drive intersection in College Station, Texas. Mitchell & Morgan, LLP was responsible for the platting, surveying, site layout, parking layout, grading, drainage analysis, and site utilities design. We provided guidance for our client through each step of the platting and development process of the City of College Station. The 12.96 acre lot is located in the Wolf Pen Creek (WPC) Corridor. The WPC Corridor is a special district within the City of College Station with very tight aesthetic and design controls, and therefore required a special zoning district site plan application process. The site plan was submitted to the Design Review Board (DRB) and was successfully approved by the City.
