This project consisted of a Comprehensive plan to include critical utility, transportation and market issues specific to the City of Bryan. Mitchell & Morgan, LLP oversaw the drainage, utility and Greeway plans as well as the water and wastewater rehabilitation plans. From parks and schools to the Tejas center and revitalized Downtown Mitchell & Morgan, LLP helped the City of Bryan create a warmer and more aesthetically pleasing community for its citizens. The Engineer's Estimate for this revitalization project was $289,038. This project is complete.
