Bryan High School Viking Stadium Rehabilitation

This project consists of the design and construction of new restroom facilities, concession stands, ADA compliant seating and the addition of a new parking lot located at the Bryan High School Viking Stadium in Bryan, Texas. Mitchell & Morgan, LLP was responsible for the civil site work for this project. This involved the design of the storm drain system, the sanitary sewerlines, the waterlines, the parking lot design & site grading of the project. This project is currently in the bidding process.

BISD Parking Lot Rehabilitations

This project consisted of parking lot rehabilitation at several Bryan ISD locations. These rehabilitations were of various existing parking facilities, located at Lamar School, Bonham School and Bryan Civic Auditorium. The rehabilitations consisted of removing and replacing flex base, HMAC overlays and full depth concrete paving replacement as well as striping for new handicapped accessibility parking spaces.

Mitchell & Morgan, LLP was retained to develop bidding documents and construction drawings for parking facilities in these three locations. The construction cost for this project was $61,586 and it was completed in 2003.

Sam Rayburn Middle School Parking Lot Rehabilitation

This project consisted of improvements to the existing parking lot at the Sam Rayburn Middle School in Bryan, Texas. Mitchell & Morgan, LLP was responsible for the addition of a new parking area, bus lanes and drive thru, removing and replacing subgrade, and concrete paving as well as striping for the new parking lot. Mitchell & Morgan, LLP was retained to develop bidding documents and construction drawings for parking facilities at this location. The construction cost for this project was $90,750 and it was completed in the fall of 2004.
