This project consisted of the development of a $5.0 million private dormitory and associated parking lot on 7.783 acres located at 501 University Oaks Blvd. in College Station, Texas. Mitchell & Morgan, LLP was responsible for the surveying, parking layout, grading, drainage analysis, underground detention and site utilities design. Mitchell & Morgan, LLP also assumed coordination responsibility for the project and guided all applicable parties through the College Station development review process. Coordination efforts also occurred between the client representative, Michael Peter, the architect, Ellness Swenson Graham Architects, Inc. and external utility companies. The Cambridge House was completed in 2003.
