Forest Ridge Elementary School

This project consists of the design and construction of an approximately $11.6 million, 85,000SF new elementary school located on Greens Prairie Road in College Station, Texas. Mitchell & Morgan, LLP was responsible for the civil site work for this project. This involved the design of the storm drain and detention system, the sanitary sewerlines, the waterlines, the parking lot design & site grading of the project. Forest Ridge opened for classes in the Fall of 2005.
