This project consists of the development of a multi-store commercial site on a 2.08 acre lot in the Gateway Shopping Center on University Drive and State Highway 6 South in College Station, Texas. Mitchell & Morgan, LLP was responsible for the surveying, parking layout, grading, drainage analysis, and site utilities design on this project. This site also required a final plat to be submitted and approved by the City of College Station.
