
This project consists of a multiphase condominium development on 13.8 acres located west of the Krenek Tap Road and Central
Park Lane intersection in College Station, Texas. Mitchell & Morgan, LLP was responsible for the platting, rezoning,
surveying, site layout, parking layout, grading, drainage analysis, retention pond design and site utilities design. We
provided guidance for our client through each step of the rezoning, platting, and development process of the City of College
Station. The development required rezoning the 13.8 acre site from A-O, Agricultural/Open to R-5, Apartment/Medium Density
Residential. This rezoning was successfully approved by the City. The project also includes the preliminary and final platting
of the property. The final plat of the second lot will also require the relocation of an existing sanitary sewer line and the
construction of a portion of Central Park Lane, a 38 foot wide minor collector roadway.
