Wolf Pen Creek Hike & Bike Trails - Lower Trails
This park is located between the Dartmouth and Holleman Drive intersection and the SH6 bypass. The estimated cost of this project was $1,162,000. This park contains a scenic hike/bike trail, two overlook structures, pedestrian bridges, information kiosk, decorative lighting, signage and other rudiments to enhance the beauty of the park. Mitchell & Morgan, LLP was responsible for the coordination of six sub consultants, the overall design of trail system and layout and to assure critical habitat areas were adequately designed around to avoid lengthy permitting by outside regulatory agencies.
